Product Warranty Policy

Ezoo Electric provides a 5-Year Limited Warranty on its Smart Touch Switch Boards from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Internal circuit faults
-
Technical malfunction under normal usage conditions
If any product is found defective due to manufacturing issues within the warranty period, Ezoo Electric will repair or replace the product at its discretion.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty is valid only if:

The product is installed by a qualified electrician.

The product is used under standard electrical conditions (as per product specifications).

Original invoice or proof of purchase is provided.

The product has not been tampered with or physically damaged.
Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does NOT cover:

Physical damage, breakage, or glass damage

Water damage or moisture exposure
-
Burnt products due to voltage fluctuation or improper wiring

Damage caused by improper installation
-
Unauthorized repair or modification
-
Normal wear and tear

Jurisdiction
This warranty policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
