To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we ship only through reputed courier agencies.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery before accepting the package and immediately contact our Customer Care at:

Invoice Policy

As per Indian tax regulations, all items (including gifts) will be shipped with a proper tax invoice mentioning the product price.

Courier partner selection may depend on service availability at your delivery location.

Shipping Time / Dispatch Time

• We make our best efforts to ship orders on the same day.

• 99% of orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are usually shipped the same day.

• Orders placed on Sunday or Public Holidays will be shipped on the next working day (Monday).

Estimated delivery time across India is 2–5 working days.

However, delivery timelines depend on:

• Courier company processes

• Transit hubs

• Local service conditions

Ezoo Electric cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as courier operations are beyond our direct control.

We recommend placing orders well in advance to avoid last-minute inconvenience.

Refund & Replacement Policy

• If the product has any technical defect or manufacturing issue, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

• Replacement requests must be supported with proper details and, if required, product images or video proof.

• After inspection and approval, a replacement will be arranged.

Important:

• Goods once sold will not be taken back.

• Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.

• Only replacement for genuine technical defects will be considered.
